Ashley Madekwe (born 6 December 1981) is an English actor from England. Ashley Madekwe, an English actor. She's played various roles, such as Call girl Bambi in TV2's Secret Diary of a Call Girl as well as social climber Ashley Davenport in ABC's drama show Revenge. Her father is Nigerian Swiss and her mother is English. She grew in a south London council estate, and when she was 14she enrolled in The Brit School. She studied acting in The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, London. While she was at school, she portrayed Catherine Earnshaw in Wuthering Heights and as King Henry V. Madekwe's career in acting began with Storm Damage. In the years since, she's had guest appearances in films like Teachers, Doctors Casualty Drop Dead Gorgeous. Her debut film as a performer is the Woody Allen 2007 film Cassandra's Dream. She starred with Colin Farrell & Ewan MacGregor. In the wake of that film's success she was cast as Elisha in the one-off BBC Three drama pilot West 10 LDN which aired in 2007 and she also appeared in six episodes of Trexx and Flipside playing Ollie. In 2008, she got Bambi's character on ITV2 Drama Series Secret Diary of a Call Girl. The actress was on the series 2 and 3. Madekwe also starred in the Comedy film How to Lose Friends & Affect People. A couple of her credits on stage include Little Sweet Thing (by Roy Williams) as well as Flight Path (by David Watson).
Madekwe had her official US debut on the drama The Beautiful Life, which only aired two episodes in the US on The CW before being cancelled. Ashley Mae Sebera better known as her pro-wrestling stage title Dana Brooke in World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), was born on 29 November 1988 at Seven Hills, Ohio. Sebera studied at Kent State University. She completed her degree in 2011 at KSU with a bachelor's degree in fashion, design and merchandise and minors in business. Sebera participated in several athletics before returning to gymnastics. After 18 years of gymnastics Sebera had severe injuries to both her ankles, forcing her to give up. After that, she began to compete in fitness as a competitor and bodybuilder. Sebera, who won National Physique Committee Contests (NPCs) in 2010 and 2011, earned her professional cards in 2012. Then, she began competing with the International Federation of BodyBuilding & Fitness. Sebera signed an WWE contract in 2013. She began her WWE debut in the role of Dana Brooke. She trained for 3 years as well as appearing on shows in WWE NXT before making her debut on the main roster on Tuesday Night RAW in 2016. Sebera was active beyond the professional world, and competed at 2017 Arnold's Classic.
