Eliza Coupe
Eliza Kate Coupe, born April 6, 1981, [1] in the US is an American actress and comedian. She is well-known for her performances as Jane Kerkovich Williams in ABC's comedy series Happy Endings, Denise Mahoney and Hannah Wyland on Quantico. She was in the Fox comedy Pivoting in 2022. She was recently an supporting character in the Netflix series Murderville episode-Who Killed Santa. Coupe studied improvisational comedy at The Groundlings as well as ImprovOlympic. In 2003, she was on tour in France playing a soldier in an all-female version King Lear. In November of 2005, her one-woman sketch show The Patriots premiered at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in New York and won her the Breakout Performer Award at HBO's U.S. Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, Colorado in March 2006. Coupe was wed from December 2007 to June 2013 to Randall Whittinghill (acting teacher, puppeteer). She announced her engagement to Darin Oliveren on Instagram on the 27th of November the 27th of November, 2014. They were in vacation in New Zealand when they got married on the 24th of December 2014. In 2018 they filed for divorce. Between April 2011 and May 2013 Coupe was a regular in ABC's ensemble comedy show Happy Endings, along with Zachary Knighton (Adam Pally), Damon Wayans Jr., Casey Wilson, and Zachary Knighton. Despite widespread praise and a huge fanbase the show was canceled by ABC after concluding the third season on May 3rd 2013. After Happy Endings was cancelled, she was a regular character in the third season of House of Lies. She played alongside Jay Harrington on the comedy series Benched. The show premiered on October 28, 2014. In the following season, she was Hannah Wyland, the FBI agent in the ABC series Quantico on ABC.
